Super rich and gooey, made from scratch with butter and three different kinds of chocolate, and believe it or not, zucchini fresh from a friend's garden. So technically, you could maybe call it a vegetable. Don't worry, it only tastes like fudgy chocolate, but the zucchini makes it stay gooey. 

The full 8" x 8" pan cuts into 9 big pieces or 18 more reasonably sized pieces given how rich these things are. :-)
