While precautions have been taken, all products have been home-processed in a kitchen that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.

All food has been kept refrigerated or frozen in accordance with SDCL § 34-18-36.1.

Neena's Pantry sells food prepared at the owner's primary residence. Pursuant to SDCL § 34-18-38, Neena's Pantry is exempt from licensure and regulation because the owner personally delivers the food to the buyer.
