I had a family request for scalloped corn with bread crumbs, but I'm hoping he will like my favorite, the Ritz cracker version with lots of butter, smoked paprika, and homegrown sweet corn. Available in 5.5"x7.5", 8"x8", and 9"x13" pans.  

Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
